Timothy Edward McCart, 42, of Hillsborough, N.C., formerly of Toronto, Ohio passed away Wednesday in N.C. as a result of an automobile accident. Tim was born Feb. 2, 1965 in Steubenville, Ohio, son the late Judith Lewis McCart, who passed away in 1977 and Thomas P. McCart of Toronto who survives. Tim was a former plumber and a 1983 graduate of Toronto High School. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his step-son, Zachary Williams, who passed away in 2005. Surviving are; his wife Sekret (Leon) McCart of home, his step-son Hunter Mills of home, his father Tom of Toronto, a brother Thomas McCart Jr., of Arizona, two sisters, Linda McCart of Columbus, Ohio and Lou Ann (Paul) Burchfield of Toronto. Friends and family may call on Sunday Dec. 30th. from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where services will be held on Monday Dec. 31st. at 11:00 am.
