Tracy T. Goddard, 58, of Rayland, OH, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023 in Catherines Care Center in Steubenville, OH.

Tracy was born May 14, 1964 in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late Gail E. and Mary Beth (Bell) Goddard. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Harry Barbour.

She was a homemaker and a social member of the Smithfield American Legion.

Tracy leaves behind four sisters, Cindy (Dave) Ciafardone, Sr. of Rayland, Dee Drakulich (Dave Keller) of Navarre, OH, Lisa (Larry) Huntington of Steubenville, and Dorothy Rhoades of Lodi, OH; brother, John JJ Pickering of Smithfield; a foster sister, Marie Fleming of Wooster, OH; three nephews, two nieces, and great nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service for Tracy will be held Monday, March 6 at 1 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, with visitation prior from 11 AM to 1 PM. Pastor Mark Carpino will officiate, and burial will follow in the New Alexandria Cemetery. Memorial donations may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project. www.jefosterfh.com
