Vicki I. Smith, 67, of Hammondsville, OH, passed away Thursday morning, March 14, 2024 at her home.

Vicki was born January 16, 1957 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Wendell F. and Mabel I. (McKelvey) Brown.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed traveling to play Keno in places as far as Las Vegas and Atlantic City and locally at Wheeling Island and Mountaineer Casinos.

Vicki was a very loving person who also shared her love with all animals.

In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by her son, Jack Wells, sister, Sandy Brown, and brother, Paul Skaggs.

Vicki leaves behind her husband, Dan Smith, whom she married March 25, 1995; son, Shawn Wells of Brilliant, OH; four brothers, Bobby (Irene) Skaggs, Wendell Eugene (Norma) Brown, Ricky (Carolyn) Brown, and Randy (Sally) Brown; four grandchildren, Bryar Wells, Saxon Wells, Devonne Smith, and Justin Coffman; seven great-grandchildren, Liam, Connor, Zelda, Rosie, Envy, Grayson, and Riley and her best friend, Cindy Coulter.

Vickis wishes were to be cremated with no services to be held. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
