Vickie L. Exterovich, 41, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday July 31, 2010 at her home with her family by her side. She was born Sept. 25, 1968 in Steubenville, daughter of Charles L. and Ruth Waugh Ross, both who survive of Toronto. Vickie was owner and DJ for Soundpicks Productions for 14 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Hoffman and two brothers Danny and William Ross. She is survived by her husband Thomas Exterovich, daughter Ariel Exterovich, stepdaughter Tiffany Herbinko, stepson Louis Exterovich, her parents Charles and Ruth Ross, her in-law's Dave and Kitty Kutchmark, brothers Charles Ross Jr, Donald Ross and special friend Alan Ciotti.
