Vincent S. Bengar 83 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Monday May 30, 2005 in Trinity Medical Center West. Vince was born March 12, 1922 in Steubenville, son of the late William and Francuga Pojokv Bengar. Vince was a retired employee of Weirton Steel Corp., working mostly in the Strip Steel Dept., is a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto, the Toronto American Legion Post #86, and was a U.S. Navy Veteran of W.W. II. Surviving are; His wife Wilda (Rogers) Bengar, whom he married on July 10, 1948, Six Children; Jeannine (Robert) Price of Toronto, Barbara (Dave) Hvizdzak of Weirton, Mona(John)Hannan of Toronto, Vincent Mark Bengar of Encino, Calf., Renee (Chris) Buskey of Naple Valley, WA., Robert (Susan) Bengar of North East,Pa. 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where blessing services will be held on Thursday morning at 9:30 am. followed by Funeral Liturgy with mass at 10:00 am. at St. Francis Church located on Findley St. in Toronto. Msgr. Kurt Kemo will be the Celebrant and burial will follow in Fort Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville. Post # 86 American Legion service will be Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm.
