Virginia B. Blaschak, 86, of Wellsville, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday Sept. 4, 2015 in the Orchards of East Liverpool, OH.

Virginia was born Dec. 26, 1928 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late James William and Mabel Dunn Barker.

She was a homemaker. A member of St. Joseph R.C. Church in Toronto, an avid bowler and loved to read.

In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel E. Blaschak, who passed away Aug. 10, 2004 and by her brother, James W. Barker.

Surviving are her children, Brenda (Michael) Akers of Galion, OH, Daniel (Penny) Blaschak of Toronto and Karen (William Bub) Golba of Wellsville; six grandchildren, Nickolas, Matthew, Andrew, Danelle, James and Ryan; one great-grandson, Ayden and three great-granddaughters.

Visitation for Virginia will be held on Tuesday Sept. 8, 2015 from 4-8 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. in Toronto. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday at St. Joseph R.C. Church located on N. River Ave. in Toronto, from 9:15 am til time of her Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10 am. Fr. Thomas Vennitti will celebrate Virginias Mass and burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery. Vigil Service will be held on Tuesday evening at 7:30 pm.
