Virginia S. Dunlevy, 90 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday Oct. 29, 2005 in the Country Club Manor in Steubenville. Virginia was born Aug. 14, 1915 in Steubenville, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Bowman Speaks Sr. She along with her husband Ralph, who passed away in 1980 were the former owner's of the former Ralph's Market on 4th St. in Toronto; and she worked for many years at the Steubenville Pottery. She is a member of the Riverview United Methodist Church in Toronto and the Animal Welfare League. In addition to her parents and her husband Ralph, she was also preceded in death by her brother, William S. Speaks Jr., and by her best friend Betty Swaykus, who passed away earlier this past summer. Surviving are; a niece Virginia "Ginger" D'Andrea of Steubenville; two cousins James "Bud" ( Hilda ) Speaks and Gene Speaks all of Florida. Friends and family may call Tuesday evening 6 - 8 pm. at the J .E. FOSTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where services will be held on Wednesday morning at 10:30 am. Rev.
