Virginia M. "Ginny" Miller, 77, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Thursday June 11, 2009 in the Dixon Health Care Center in Wintersville. She was born Dec. 20, 1931 in Dillonvale, Ohio, daughter of the late Emmett Franklin and Alice Perkins Walter. She formerly employed at the Standard Carbon Co., and was a former cook at the Riverview and Labelle Nursing Homes. She was Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-mother Bertha (Cheffy) Walter and an infant Brother.Surviving are her son Charles (Karen) Miller of Steubenville, her sister Martha Rusnak of Wintersville, two grandchildren Beth Miller and Stanley Miller, several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.Friends and family may call on Friday from 6-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto; where services will be held on Saturday at 1:30 pm. Burial will follow in Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
