Walter Lee Barnett Jr., 58, of Lisbon, OH, passed away Monday, February 22, 2010 in the Salem Community Hospital. Walter was born January 10, 1952 in Clarksburg, WV, son of the late Walter Lee Barnett Sr., who passed in Feb. of 1992 and Juanita (Moore) Barnett who survives.Walter retired from the former Toronto Paperboard Co., where he served as President of the Union throughout the 70's and 80's. He loved turkey shoots and fishing swap meetings, was a member of the Buck Tails Sportsman's Club and How do you miss Club. In addition to his father Walter was preceded in death by his brother, William Barnett who passed in 2002. Walter is survived, his wife Vicki (Wright) Barnett of home, his Mother Juanita Barnett of Stratton, two daughters Heidi (Mike) Jones of FL and Misty Alferez of Stratton, OH, and his son Walter Lee Barnett III., of Toronto, OH; five grandchildren and one great-grandson. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, February 25 from 5-6pm followed by a memorial service at 6pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH, with Pastor Steve Johnson officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. www.jefosterfh.com
