Wanda J. (Shoebrooks) Warren, 86, of Toronto, OH, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, in the Gables Care Center in Hopedale, OH.

Wanda was born on June 29, 1940, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Claude and Maxine (Donahue) Shoebrooks.

Wanda retired from the former Ohio Valley and Trinity hospitals, where she worked as a laundry supervisor. She was a member of the former Toronto VFW Ladies Auxiliary, where she served as a past President and she loved playing Bingo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Warren, three sisters, Patricia Lionetti, Sandy Wright, and Bonnie Saner, and two brothers, Ronald Clutter and Kenneth Shoebrooks.

Wanda is survived by two sons, Eugene Brand and Charles ‘Buddy’ (Julie) Warren, and two daughters, Toni (Jim) Reynolds, and Judith (David) Swearingen, all of Toronto; sister, Karen Trinni of Oregon; five grandchildren, Dylan Warren, Jessy (Crystal) Reynolds, Dustin (Jennifer) Reynolds, Tara (Jason) Hornick and Deanna (Eric) Rice, several great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24, from 2 pm to 4 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, where services will follow at 4 pm led by Pastor Rob Minto.
