Obituary
William C. Bill Browning, 66, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 at his home.
Bill was born Feb. 19, 1949 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Forrest and Anna (Hickle) Browning. He previously worked as a Pipefitter with the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local #495 out of Cambridge, OH.
Bill leaves behind his wife, Prapai (Yangjamee) Browning of home; his two children, Sally Browning of Weirton, WV and Christopher (Tara) Browning of Alabama; two grandchildren, Dorian and Pete Browning of AL; his brother, Ray (Delia) Browning of Toronto; two nephews, Richard and Michael Browning both of Columbus, OH.
Following Bills wishes, there will be no services and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family. Arrangements for Bill are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
Thoughts, prayers and cards may be sent to Pai and donations in memory of Bill may be made to the charity of the donors choice. Condolences to Pai may be offered also on our website www.jefosterfh.com.
