William E. 'Bill' Candoo, 60, of Toronto, OH, went to be with the Lord and his mom and dad on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.Bill was born July 17, 1953 in Steubenville, son of the late William K. and Delma Marie (Rawson) Candoo.He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto, an Eagle Scout; he attended the Jeff. Co. Workshop for many years and was an ARC Member. Bill also loved his Toronto Red Knights and Ohio State Buckeyes.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncle, William Rawson.Bill leaves behind his sister, Kim Marie Candoo of Toronto and his uncle, Charles E. (Pat) Rawson of Freeport, OH, along with many friends. Visitation for Bill will be held on Friday, May 16 from 4-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, where his funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 am. Rev.
