William M. Bill Caswell, 66, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 in LifeLine Hospital in Wintersville, OH.

Bill was born Oct. 29, 1948 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late William L. Caswell and Jane Eaton Caswell who survives.

He was retired from Weirton-Steel where he worked as a Plater Operator. Bill also was retired from Jefferson County Community Action Council. He was Catholic by faith.

Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.

In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Caswell.

Bill leaves behind his mother, Jane; his wife, Pamela J. (Jackson) Caswell whom he married July 9, 1970; his three daughters, Danielle R. (Eric) Meek of Toronto, Allison M. (Joe) Vergona of Wintersville and Stefanie F. (Steve) Setterlin of Upper Arlington, OH; his brother, Robert G. (Jane) Caswell of Fairfax, VA. He also is survived by his eight grandchildren and one step-grandchild.

Visitation and funeral services for Bill will be held on Thursday, Aug. 20 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto with visitation from 11 am til time of his funeral service at 1 pm. Msgr. Gerald Calovini will officiate his service and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
