Obituary
William P. Bill Flood, 64, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021, in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH.
Bill was born April 4, 1957, in Steubenville, son of the late William E. Pat Flood and Betty Mae (Lipscomb) Flood Zorne, who survives.
Bill previously worked at the WH Sammis Plant in Stratton, OH, and PNM Resources in Farmington, NM.
In addition to his father, Bill was preceded in death by his stepfather, Eugene Zorne.
Bill leaves behind his mother, Betty Mae Zorne; wife, Marla J. (DeAngelis) Flood; son, Derek Flood; daughter, Lauren (Paul) Baker; brothers, Robert E. Flood and David (Nancy) Flood, all of Toronto.
A private service will be held for Bill, and he will be laid to rest in the Knoxville Cemetery just outside of Toronto. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
