William J. 'Bill' Hores, of Tiltonsville, OH passed away March 28, 2012 in his home.Bill was born in Wheeling, WV, son of the late William F. and Grace L. (McCallister) Hores. Bill was a Veteran of the US Army having served his country during the Korean War. Bill worked for our family at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH, for the past 28 years and he was one of the most dedicated employees you could ask for. He had a love for horticulture, the greenest of green thumbs, and raised his own flowers and sold them from his home for many years in Tiltonsville. He certainly will be missed by all of us and the town of Smithfield. Rest in Peace Bill.Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis who passed in 2011 and he leaves behind a brother and a sister and his niece. Per Bill's wishes there were no services.
