William J.'Worm' Warren, 46, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Saturday at his home of natural causes. Bill was born Dec. 11, 1963 in Steubenville son of Catherine Sembar Warren, who survives of Toronto and the late William E. Warren. Bill was a self-employed Home Improvement and Construction worker, He loved the Cincinnati Bengals, attended Toronto High School, had in the past served in the Color Guard with the Toronto American Legion Post # 86 and served in the Army Reserves, Co. B, 463 Engineers BN in Weirton, W.Va. In addition to his father Bill was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, John Anna Swartz Sembar and by his Paternal Grandparents, Calvin Warren and Dorothy Brown Skinner. Surviving in addition to his Mother Catherine are his daughter Maria Warren, his two sons Joey Warren and Zachery Miller all of Toronto, his three sisters Candace (Mickey) D'Andrea, Bridget Warren, and Vickie Kutchmark all of Toronto. Several aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill's family will be receiving friends and relatives at their home at 1210 Madison Ave. on Wednesday from 5 pm. to 8 pm.
