William M. "Bill" Mosser, Sr., 49, of Rayland, OH, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2011 in East Ohio Regional Hospital ER in Martins Ferry, OH. Bill was born July 17, 1961 in Toledo, OH, son of the late Cecil Mosser, Sr. and Elizabeth (Delatore) Mosser.Bill attended the Plum Run Christian Union Church just outside of Smtihfield, OH. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his brother Joseph Mosser.Bill is survived by his wife, Judy (Strupe) Mosser whom he married on August 18, 2007; his two sons, William M. "Billy" Mosser, Jr. of Rayland, OH, Christopher Mosser of Pittsburgh, PA; three daughters, Cassondra "CJ" Mosser of Rayland, OH, Nikkol (Herb) Zanes of Rayland, OH, and Crystal Straight of Magnolia, OH; four sisters, Rita (Chester) Higgs of Rayland, OH, Florence Friend of Tiltonsville, OH, Elizabeth Ann Lambert and Shirley (John) Cassels both of Smithfield, OH; one brother Cecil Mosser, Jr. of Tiltonsville, OH. Bill is also survived by four grandchildren.Visitation for Bill will be held on Monday, January 24 from 1-5pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. There will be no service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bill's family.
