William V. Bill Williams, Jr., 63, of Toronto, OH, passed away suddenly Thursday, March 1, 2018 in the Trinity Med. Center West ER in Steubenville, OH.

Bill was born Oct. 3, 1954 in E. Liverpool, OH, son of the late William V., Sr. and June (Grodhaus) Williams.

He retired from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. in 2010 where he worked in the Follansbee Coke Plant. Bill was an avid deer hunter and he loved to fish but most of all he loved spending time with granddaughter, Cooper.

Bill leaves behind his wife, Pamela J. (Price) Williams whom he married Jan. 30, 1981; his two sons, William V. Billy Williams III and his wife, Melissa, and Michael J. Williams both of Toronto; his granddaughter, Cooper Williams; his two sisters, Judy (Jim) Welch of Highlandtown, OH and Cindy (David) Leemaster of Lisbon, OH.

Bills wishes were to be cremated. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
