Bridget M. Ghenne

Bridget M. Ghenne, 59, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023 in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Bridget was born November 3, 1963, in Steubenville, daughter of the late James & Patricia (Caufield) Ghenne.

She was a former environmental supervisor at Trinity West in Steubenville. Prior to the hospital, Bridget also worked as a beautician at the former Kaufmann’s Department Store in Steubenville.

Bridget was a 1982 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central and an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Toronto where she was also a former custodian.

In addition to her parents, Bridget was preceded in death by her sisters, Lisa McGrath, and Mary Wickham.

Bridget leaves behind her three children, daughter, Nicole (Clyde) Chevalier, sons, Harry Howard (Ciara Singleton), and Jered Sutherin all of Toronto; sisters, Patty Davis of Toronto and Margaret High of Absecon, NJ, brother, John (Carol) Ghenne of Toronto, sisters, Betty Ferrelli of Orlando, FL, and Karen Ghenne of Toronto. She is also survived by her three grandchildren to whom she was known as Nana, Tannar and Kylie Chevalier and Melina Howard; two cats, Mary and Kitty; a special niece, Sara Ghenne of Toronto and several nieces and nephews and friends.

Family and friends will be received Thursday, February 23 from 2 PM to 6 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. A funeral service for Bridget will be held Thursday evening at 6 PM. Fr. Thomas Vennitti will officiate.
