Carol Ann (Lease) Yocum

Carol Ann (Lease) Yocum, 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday May 11, 2020, in the Jefferson Regional Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Carol was born Dec. 21, 1949 in Cumberland, MD, daughter of the late Elmer Charles ‘Jake’ Lease, Jr., and Geraldine Isabell (Utta) Lazear.

Carol was the office manager for Rex’s Transmission in Toronto for 25 yrs.

She was a fun, loving and caring mother, daughter, sister, and Nanny. Carol loved the outdoors; you could always find her camping anywhere there was a body of water. She loved being surrounded by her family and she was always, without a doubt, the life of the party.

In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her brothers, Steve Lease (1961), Allan ‘Rocky’ Lease (2004) and Robert W. ‘Bad Bob” Lease (2018).

Carol is survived by her son, Steve (Kristin) Trifonoff of Toronto; her daughter, Kasey (Donald) Mossor of Steubenville, OH; grandchildren, Derek (Madison) Trifonoff, Trisha (Kristen) Trifonoff, Jessie (Wesley) Templeton, Aaron (Tabitha) Wilson, Hannah Trifonoff, Gavin Mossor; one great-granddaughter, Gracie Trifonoff;  her sister, Terry (George) Baughman and stepfather, Elwood Lazear both of Toronto; sister-in-law, Deloris Lease of Steubenville and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services observed at this time. Carol’s family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
