Christopher M. Hardwick

Christopher Michael Hardwick, 43, of Canfield, OH, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2021 at the Aultman Hospital in Canton, OH.

Chris was born Jan. 26, 1978 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Larry E. Hardwick and Cynthia E. (Thomas) Hardwick, who survives.

Chris was currently a system installer for Gordon Brothers Water in Salem, OH. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, where he was a Combat Engineer. His memberships included the N.R.A. and the International Culinary Honor Society.

In addition to his father, Chris was preceded in death by his half-sister, Lori Monroe and maternal great-grandmother, Frances Thomas.

Chris leaves behind his loving wife, Deborah A. (Chudicek) Hardwick, whom he married July 19, 2017; his daughter, Skylar and his son, Mason; his mother, Cynthia of Toronto, OH; twin sister, Eva (Corie) Wallace of Pleasantville, OH and sister, Esther (Gregory) Courtney of Columbia, SC; maternal grandmother, Doris Thomas; two half-sisters, Tracy Hanifin and Carrie Scheetz; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Sunday, Jan. 31 from 1 PM to 4 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. His funeral service will follow at 4 PM with Pastor Michael Mantos.
