Elizabeth Ann 'Betty' (Fitz) Kelly

Elizabeth Ann ‘Betty’ (Fitz) Kelly, 92, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday, August 10, 2020 in the Lancia Villa Royale Nursing Home in Steubenville, OH.

Betty was born Oct. 31, 1927 in Toronto, daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Kish) Fitz.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Toronto where she held various offices. Betty was an avid golfer and a long-time member of the Dyer Country Club Women’s Assoc. She previously worked in the office of Weirton Steel and the Jefferson County B.M.V.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Jack who passed in 1986, two sons, Kris and Jack Kelly and her great-granddaughter, Krislyn Lucsko.

Betty leaves behind her son, Don Robert (Lisa) Kelly of Montana; her two daughters, Jeanne Ann (Dan) VanFossan of Toronto and Susan (Rob) Porter of Pittsburgh, PA; her daughter-in-law, Melody Kelly; her seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received Friday, Aug. 14 from 1 PM to 3 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto followed by her funeral service at 3 PM. Rev. Tyler Bayless will officiate and her burial will be held at the convenience of her family.
