Georgia Jean (Swearingen) Coulter, 76, of Toronto, OH, passed away Saturday Oct. 7, 2023, at her home.
Georgia was born April 17, 1947, in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Glenn R. and Jean M. (Sembar) Swearingen, Sr.
Georgia was retired from Riesbeck’s Food Market in Toronto, where she worked in the Bakery-Deli Dept.
She was Catholic by faith. Georgia loved her family, she loved to cook and bake, and she loved her cats.
Georgia is survived by her husband, Thomas L. ‘Chip’ Coulter; son Travis (Mary Beth) Stoica; daughter Jenni (Tim) Haight all of Toronto; daughter Amy Beth Coulter of Brilliant, OH; brother Dr. Glenn R. (Becky) Swearingen of Toronto; grandchildren, Noel and Isaac Coulter, Michael Barcus, Matthew (Mallory Radvansky) Barcus, Madison (Nolan) Wilson, Travis Stoica, Jr., Trevor Stoica; great-grandchildren, Daphne White, Heidi and Graham Coulter and Cole Barcus.
Georgia’s wishes were to be cremated, with no services observed. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
