John W. Woodland, III, 60, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday, October 29, 2021, in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.
John was born August 10, 1961, in Steubenville, son of the late John W. Jr. and Barbara (Bouchet) Woodland.
John and his wife, Nona, co-own the Dam Bar in Stratton, OH. He was retired from the Painters Union Local #438 District 53. He was an avid pool player.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sisters, Sherry Devore, and Patty Cook, and granddaughter, Savannah Woodland.
John leaves behind his wife, Nona J. (Kugler); son, John W. Woodland, IV of Weirton, WV, daughter, Courtney Woodland of Toronto, son, Evan R. Woodland of Weirton; sister, Bonnie Eddy, and brother, Robert (Linda) Woodland both of Mingo Jct., OH; stepchildren, Tonya Morgan, Roman Longo, Brandon Kugler and Ciera Kugler all of Steubenville; many grandkids, step-grandkids, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, Nov. 2, from 6 to 8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Burial will be held at the convenience of John’s family.
