Kelley E. (Duck) Manning

Kelley Elizabeth (Duck) Manning, 52, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday Jan. 11, 2022, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Kelley was born June 1, 1969, in E. Liverpool, OH, daughter of the late Harrison Duck and Martha (Bulger) Duck, who survives.

Kelley was the owner of the Harrison Duck Insurance Agency in E. Liverpool, OH. She was also a member and the secretary of the Wellsville First Christian Church. Kelley loved making and creating her crafts for all occasions.

In addition to her dad, Kelley was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jan Harpold.

Kelley is survived by her mother, Martha (Bulger) Duck of E. Liverpool; husband, James S. ‘Bo’ Manning, whom she married April 11, 1997; son, Brandon (Chelsea) Stevens of E. Liverpool; daughter, Alisha (Hanlon) Zack of Wheeling, WV; son, Clay (Megan) Manning of Steubenville; daughter, Aubrey Manning of Boardman, OH; two sisters, Dorie Harpold of Weirton, WV, and Marla (Michael) Zema of Columbiana, OH; two brothers, Duane (Judy) Duck of Wellsville, OH and Kevin (Kelly) Duck of Mechanicsburg, PA; eight grandchildren and one on the way.

Visitation will be held Sunday Jan. 16, 2022, from 1 to 4 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, where her funeral service will be held Monday at 11 AM. Pastor Mark Blakley will officiate, and burial will follow in the Toronto Union Cemetery.
