Oliver H. ‘Pickles’ Waggoner, 86, of Toronto, OH, passed away Monday Feb. 3, 2020 at his home.
Pickles was born Nov. 18, 1933 in Empire, OH, son of the late Charles and Jane (Knight) Waggoner.
He was retired from the Teamsters Union, where he worked as a truck driver.
In addition to his parents, Pickles was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters.
Surviving is wife of 66 years, Mary Ellen ‘Sug’ (Bucey) Waggoner, whom he married on Nov. 1, 1955; his two sons, Phillip Waggoner and Scott (Lori) Waggoner both of Toronto; his sister, Sally Holland of Toronto; 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Following Pickles wishes, there will be no services and burial will be held at the convenience of his family in the Sugar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
