I'm truly saddened to hear about Mr. Blaner's passing. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to the family, Dave and Kelley, and Dorothy. I'm glad I got to know Mr. Blaner when I was young. Dave and I were friends. He was a role model, a no nonsense kind of man. When I think of my youth and how he always called me by my last name, it makes me smile inside. He was one of Toronto's best leaders. He will be missed!!

Please know children of Andy what a great Dad you had. I got to know Andy better when he and my brother shared Ruritan experiences. Our prayers are with you all, but the memories with your Dad will carry you through this time and the days ahead.

To The Blanner Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Andys passing away.
He was such a strong, knowledgeable, opinionated man who did so much for all who knew him.
Uncle Andy was a good story teller about his life experiences.
My thoughts are with Janice, Dorothy & David & their children.
