Joy,
You spend you days caring for your family's needs and your nights caring for others. Just remember to take care of yourself in this time of turmoil. You know I am there for you, as much as I can, so if you need ask, if I can I will. Some say keeping busy is the answer when emotions are raw, but take the time offered, if you need it, all will understand. Much love my friend.
