Kathryn 'Kay' E. (Kutchmark) Keeder

Kathryn E. ‘Kay’ Keeder, 74, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at her home.

Kay was born Feb. 22, 1943, daughter of the late, Andrew and Mary (Rozak) Kutchmark.

She was retired from the Jefferson Co. Board of Elections Office. Kay was a member of Holy Transfiguration Orthodox Church in Steubenville, a Toronto High School graduate and a member of the Democratic Women’s Club.

In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Keeder, I (2008) and her brother, David E. Kutchmark.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Wagenhofer (fiancé Jim) of Lutz, FL; her son, R. Edward (Penny) Keeder II of Toronto; her brother, Donald E. Kutchmark of NC; her sister-in-law, Patricia Grzymala of MS; her special aunt, Pauline Rozak of Stratton, OH; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Kay’s funeral service will be held on Monday, Mar. 20 at 12 noon at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto. There will be two hours of visitation prior to her service from 10 am til 12 noon. V. Rev. Fr. John Kopcha will officiate and burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto.
