Keri J. (Cetkosky) Allen

Keri J. (Cetkosky) Allen, 44, of Toronto, OH passed away Sunday Jan. 22, 2017 in West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.

Keri was born Sept. 24, 1972 in Pittsburgh, PA, daughter of Thomas R. Cetkosky and Sandra J. (Connor) Kidder.

She was the manager of the gift shop at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, OH.

Keri was a friend to everyone, she was loved by everyone that met her and she was the neighborhood mom to many kids.

Keri is survived by her husband, David C. Allen, whom she married on Dec. 16, 1994; her daughter, Kacy J. Allen and her son Logan T. Allen both of Toronto; her granddaughter, Sophia J. Allen of Toronto; her parents, mother Sandra J. Connor-Kidder of Toronto and her father and step-mother, Thomas R. and Darlene Cetkosky of Wooster, OH; her extended family the Blanton and Stewart Families.

Family and friends will be received Wednesday, Jan. 25 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto with her Funeral Service starting at 7:30pm. Pastor Steve Browning will officiate and her burial will be held at the convenience of her family.
