I was past your home the other day and wondered how Sam and all his family were doing. It has been quite some time since I had seen sam and am so sorry to hear how sick he had become. We enjoyed tormenting each other and laughing, but he was a wonderful help for me when I was going through some rough times. Sam was out collecting at Christmas for the Salvation Army and I mentioned I was getting married the next week. he asked how many years I had been by myself and when I told him, he said ":I'll pray for him"!!! LOL That was Sam, funny but so full of Gods spirit. He is going to be so very much missed. I am a better Christian from knowing Sam!!

I remember when our families would come together to enjoy times together. Mary, you and Sam were always, always, always so kind to me. I also know that God has brought you through trials as you have journeyed through this life, but He has always been faithful. I am so sorry for your family's loss, but I know Heaven's gain. It is consoling to me to know that Dad was there to great Sam, and I am glad that they can enjoy the splendor of Heaven together. I am praying for you as Sam's passing is an incredible lost to you and your family. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers, as well as my mom's prayers. May God allow time to pass and bring healing to your heart. It is a special joy that Sam experienced the miracle we all hope to gain...at home in heaven. Sending love and prayers to all the hearts that have a piece that is in heaven now.

What a fine man! Mary, our hearts are with you and your family at this huge loss. We have met a lot of fine Christian people on our journey through this life and you, Mary and your precious husband, Sam are two immense highlights. We know Sam is enjoying the presence of our Lord just as we all look forward to when the Lord calls us home. We also realize that this loss will hurt in very profound ways, but God will send his comforter and He will stay beside you until you are reunited. All our love and prayers are with you. God bless you and your family.

We are so sadden by the passing of our dear friend. Sam was truly a pastor's friend. He was such a supportive and encouraging man of God. He demonstrated what it meant to be a Christian. Our lives are richer because we knew and loved him. Our prayers are with you, Mary and your dear family. May you find comfort in knowing that Sam is now with his Heavenly Father. God bless you!
