Vickie,Brendra,Debbie,and all of the family of Virginia Starr,
I want you all to know how my heart is grieving with all of you. Mrs. Starr was a lady of absolute beauty, charm and grace. She loved her daughters so very much. Her love first was for the Lord and her husband Neil together they 104raised 3 wonderful kind loving daughters. She adored her Grandchildren especially her Shawn, Steve And Chris. I was prividleged to be part of their family for a time as I cared for the three boys and I was treated like family that is how they are . So I am hurting with you all at the loss of your mom, grandma, aunt Gin, Great grandma and dear friend. No more will we see her beautiful smile here but one day in heaven we will all he with her again. Until then we love you Mrs. Starr.

I'm so sorry about the loss of your mom. I remember coming to the house one year for the Christmas parade and she was making us hot drinks. Both of your parents were wonderful people. I'm sorry I won't be able to make it to town for her services, but you all will be on my mind and in my prayers.
