Carlo was a very good friend of mine in high school and although I haven't spoken to him in many years I still remember how kind, caring and fun loving person he was. I had great times hanging out at the landromat, arcade with him and down on the corner by his mom & dad's restaurant in Dillonvale back in the late 80's. He will be truly missed. My condolences to Stacey, Tony, Angelo, Carol and all his family.

My son is gone. I loved him from his first breath, until his last. I want the people who showed me such kindnesses to know how very much that means to me. I never realized until now, how many people truly cared and loved Carlo. I'm not sure he did.
But if he sees it now, I know somehow he is whispering in the wind, "thank you". The cards, flowers, food, visits, calls, all meant a lot to me, but what is saving my sanity this day and in the days to come, are the WORDS. Not words of encouragement, although that is kind, but words of stories of Carlo. Words of what he meant to you, how he helped or laughed with you. That he mattered. That was known by others as the kind, shy and funny guy he was.
To those of you who hate going to funerals, I say this...it does not matter how old you got, how fat you got, how long it has been since you saw someone, how many divorces you had...if you cared...go.
The words and stories I heard and read of Carlo will somehow change my tears to a small smile, and it was all because of your words...so thanks each one of you who truly cared for my son, who helped me in other ways, but most of all by your words.

I am so sorry to hear of Carlo's passing. It has to be the worst thing to lose a child, my thoughts and prayers are with you Sharon and Angelo. And to all who knew and loved Carlo. Keep him alive with your memories and hold his love forever in your hearts. RIP Carlo.

Carlo, may God be with you now and watch over your family. I remember you from High School and do recall how you were one of the nicest guys I have ever met and got to know. My prayers go out to your family. RIP...... the world just lost a wonderful person.
