To the family of Bill Willoughby
He was truly an honorable gentleman with an awesome smile and demeanor. I was most fortunate to have him in my life as a landlord and as a friend. He was most pleasant, kind and concerned. Your family truly had a man of integrity, honesty, and goodness. He will be missed by me very much. To June, his lovely wife and partner, along with other family members, you have my sincere condolences. God has opened his arms and welcomed Bill to another residence where he will be welcomed with open arms. Respectfully submitted. Clemmie.
